Overview

The Torque M Series Seated Leg Curl features clean, pleasing sight lines through low profile, fully shrouded 5’ towers, all of uniform height, and simple one-handed range of motion adjustments with easily recognizable orange adjustment handles. A large rubber coated foot platform accommodates different foot placements and a knurled foot rest allows for secure non-slip calf raises.

The Torque Fitness M Series is a full line of strength training selectorized equipment, benches, and racks for commercial settings, created by industry-prominent design engineers who challenged themselves to exceed all past accomplishments in user experience, floor aesthetics, and durability, which at Torque Fitness is not just a feature, but a culture. The M line of commercial selectorized stations from Torque Fitness deliver converging and diverging movements that are approachable and intuitive to use for the beginner, and, at the same time, effective for the advanced exerciser. A universal fully shrouded tower height of less than 5 feet for all machines creates uniformity and clean sight lines. The low tower height also facilitates convenient storage for water bottle, iPod, keys, etc., and allows for the oversized exercise placards to be viewed from a seated position. For ease of use, adjustments are limited to one or two per machine and seat positioning utilizes a 4-bar gas-assisted mechanism that allows for one-handed adjustments that locks the seat securely in place. The intelligent design of the M Circuit allows opposing muscle stations to be grouped back to back creating a full-body circuit in an extremely small footprint.

A Torque Seated Leg Press is, and can best be described as follows: A Leg Press is a plate-loaded or selectorized strength station designed to work the leg muscles and is available in 45 Degree, Seated, or Horizontal configurations. The 45 Degree and Seated Leg Presses place the user in an angled or upright seated position in front of a large movable foot platform. Once the weight is loaded or selected the user places the feet shoulder width apart on the platform and pushes it away from the body by extending the knees and hips. A Horizontal Leg Press is comprised of a movable horizontal carriage with an angled head pad, pads to brace the shoulders, and a large foot plate. The user lies in a supine position with the feet placed shoulder width apart on the foot plate, creating a 90 degree angle between the calves and Hamstrings, and lifts the loaded or selected weight by pushing against the plate.
